I am truely sorry to anyone involved, there appears to have been another
fatality.

The incident happened on February 6th off Kona, Hawaii in an area know as
Paradise Pinnacles. The dive boat was The Kona aggessor. I was told (could be
inacurate) that he had about 40 hours of rebreather time experience. He had the
unit of a while though I am not sure how long. He was rebreather certified and
had a long list of other certifications as well. From my understanding he had
about 700 dives under his belt. I do not know where he bought the rebreather,
only that it was an Inspiration as I still have the cover here.

And they didn't find the diver or the rebreather. They don't know what
happened. 

And supposedly APD say's they know everyone who has one of there rebreathers
and the guy missing hadn't bought one. And wasn't certified. But I just don't
believe they know where everyone of there units are.... They have a vested
interest.... Or they just don't want it out yet.....
