I would say in a saturated environment, rather than in a moist.

I think the issues of condensation have been either not revealed to the
user, or been underrated in most machines. Still it is a concern. One
which is best avoided in passive SCRs, dfor sure. 
But also one which sets the taskload in the electronic designs. We will
see machines with heatsinks, and all that, to have predetermined poinst
of condensation, may be even pneumatically assisted dump-valves, and 
perhaps more membrane-secluded scrubbers ( similar to Cislunar).
