Dive Shops around my area kepp insisting having the  Nitrox-Trimix stickers
on double tanks and stages before filling them. They were mowning and 
growing
when i took my D.I.R tanks marked only with mod so eventually i had to 
change my filling
shop 3 times. Some of this shops came up that this was an agency 
requirement.
I called Timothy o' Leary on Naui Tech to ask. His message was clear :
 " The agency does not require any kind of nitrox , trimix , custom mix 
on any tank ,
This is a  U.S national gas association requirement " , he also comment 
that he marks
his tanks MOD only ,  with 3inch letters.
