This year we have divers coming from along the east coast to display their artifacts they have recovered from wrecks such as the U-352, Eureka, Marine Electric, John Morgan, Andrea Doria, Ostfriesland, Protues, EM Clark, Malchase, U-869, SS Carolina just to name a few. We also will have guest speakers; Christina Young on "New Jersey Wrecks" http://christinayoung.com/pages/scubphot.htm , Capt Johnny Pieno on "Hatteras, NC Wrecks" www.outerbanksdiving.com , and Jackie Smith on CCR , who has dived to 400ft on them. Each of these divers are highly experienced. Other speakers will be announced later as they commit also with the times for each. The day will start at 9am with the opening of Lynnhaven Dive Center www.ldcscuba.com which will conduct a sale of special priced technical diving gear requested by the VBtech dive group. The artifact display will be in front of LDC protected under enclosed tents. Anyone who wishes to display their artifacts is welcome and should contact me privately so I can arrange to have a table/space waiting for you. This is chance for all those who have collect artifacts to display them where others can appreciate them.
