Bryan - I ordered from Mr. Gary Miller, aka Rocky on Monday the 9th. Having done business with him before, he shipped the item before receiving payment, and I received it Saturday the 14th. Did I hear from him during the week? No. Did I get "ripped off?" No. Am I happy with the product and service from him - Yes! You should really try to settle these matters privately. The last time I checked FedEx Ground does provide a tracking number with every shipment, something you could easily provide if he shipped the item. Secondly, Mr. Miller is hiding behind the Holiday excuse, something possible when shipping via USPS. However, Mr. Miller has used FedEx, the company known for its on time delivery regardless of time of year.
