To: techdiver@aquanaut.com I have been asked to provide a first name to "Mr. Miller" so as not to confuse identities with other any other Mr. Miller in the diving community or industry. All of my posts have been regarding a Mr. GARY Miller, DiverDownFtL@ao*.co*, aka, Rocky. My original post corrected should read: It seems that Mr. GARY Miller, DiverDownFtL@ao*, aka, Rocky is quick to the response when he has been exposed. Over the last 10 days, he has offered nothing in explanation to me or PayPal. Also, I find it interesting that he has offered more detail, previously unknown to me, to the general public rather than to me, the party whom is involved in the transaction. Mr. GARY Miller, I have sent you several emails asking you to provide a tracking number, all of which have gone unanswered. Even those I have sent recently. Your lack of response and your "Get Over It" attitude has caused concern on my part. The last time I checked FedEx Ground does provide a tracking number with every shipment, something you could easily provide if he shipped the item. Secondly, Mr. GARY Miller is hiding behind the Holiday excuse, something possible when shipping via USPS. However, Mr. GARY Miller has used FedEx, the company known for its on time delivery regardless of time of year. As for FedEx Ground shipments from Florida to Illinois, check yourself they take between 3 to 5 days. As I mentioned before, all I have asked of Mr. GARY Miller is to provide a valid tracking number as proof of shipment. This is something he has refused to provide, though he is now eager to offer other details not verifiable. Your evasive actions are suspect, therefore until shipment is received or a tracking number is provided I maintain my previous warning of: Beware! Purchased equipment 10 days ago from DiverDownFtl@ao*.co* or GARY MILLER (aka, Rocky) but have yet to receive equipment. Have sent email asking for tracking number and shipment status all of which have gone unanswered.
