  Folks,

    As Election Committee Chairman, my job is to:

        1)  -- insure that nominated candidates are active NAUI members;

        2) -- insure that election materials get to the right cubby holes;

        3) -- insure that all deadlines are met;

        4) -- act as BOD - Headquarters errand boy for the election.

   After that, I certainly must function as a NAUI member, support
   candidates that I feel will work on the BOD effectively and in NAUI's best 

   interest, and vote for them.  I was voted onto the BOD to serve NAUI as
   best I could.  Same for all other BOD members.
