I would be surprised as well, you moron, since finding 35 instructors who could make the cut would be quite a feat. GUE is a not-for-profit organization and will stay as small as possible. If they were able to develop 35 , that would be a hell of a lot better than the 35,000 that are out there now for PADI or the many thousand TDI and IANTD "instructors".
