I would add to this that your local DSM will invariably tell you that it is "illegal". The owner of my local shop was truly surprised when I got the hydro guy on the phone and got him to do my PSTs, and explain to him that it was not "illegal", all you have to do is ask. Tell your DSM to look at the bottles oxygen and helium come in - some of them have been getting + hydros for 30 or 40 years.
