I guess I misspoke.  What I am strongly advocating is
what you point out.  Everywhere else in the world, no
one ties up to a wreck in a current, tells everyone to
pull themselves along the granny line, then down the
anchor line, returning after the dive to hang on for
dear life while trying to deco.  There is no real
excuse for it, my concern is how to implement the
change.  I've been getting alot of good advice on how
its done, but we are working on creating a critical
mass of divers that can get a boat to do it the right
way.
We are going to have to unlearn a few things and learn
a few, it will take a little practice, mainly in team
organization, but like someone told me a short while
ago on a related subject- An idea whose time is come
will sell itself.
