There has been a lot of repetition of old topics on techdiver lately (e.g., O2
cleaning procedures, line laying, independents vs. manifolds,
overpressurization, nitrox homebrewing, etc.).  I would encourage newcomers to
the list to check through the archives to see if the subject of a potential
posting has already been beaten to death in past months/years.

P.S. on legality of overfilling - I'm pretty sure it's not illegal to fill a
tank past DOT ratings, but I believe it is illegal to carry such a tank in
your car on a public road (that's why the DOT gets involved - high pressure
tanks are potentially hazardous cargo).  So toting your cranked 104s from the
Ginnie fill station to Devil's Eye is OK, but don't try this from Branford to
Little River :->
