Since he's not going to blow his own horn, let me just suggest that 
everyone should go to the web site and get the booklet "Your Rights as a 
Diver".  It's easy to read, even for GED drop outs:)  More importantly, 
its good to understand the issues before you set foot on a boat, or into 
a quarry.
Besides, it might be a good reference for your family some day (irony 
intended).
