The DIR Fundamentals class is coming to Huntsville. Date: August 16'th, 17'th, 18'th Instructors: Andrew Georgitsis and Mike Kane Location: Lecture in Madison near the quarry, diving at Rockdivers (www.rockdivers.com) Price: Approximately $275, plus quarry entry fees & fills (see Rockdivers website for prices on entry & fills). A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a spot in the class. 12 students absolute maximum allowed. What to expect: Friday night - lecture from 7PM to 11PM Saturday - Lecture at quarry until lunchtime. Covers gear, setup, dry land drills. Break & eat. Dive on Saturday till 7:00'ish. Dives will be filmed. Lecture on Saturday after diving, critiquing students on videotape. Will run 'till 11 PM. Sunday - dive as early as possible & combine with lecture until instructors must leave for airport. If you'd like to take the class, e-mail me and I'll put you on the list. First come, first served.
