I suspect it will last another 7 years and when it needs to be replaced,
it's easy and cheap to do. It would take about 15 minutes to re-weave the

Well Bob, I really doubt that you'll be impressed.  There's nothing
really impressive about a backplate and harness that's just like the ones
90% of the people on this list use.  In fact, I'm looking at it now,
and it is entirely uninspiring.  But then again, that's the point.
There's not much to screw with.    As far as being positive
goes, the post was meant to be a good-natured jab.  You know--humorous,
makes the point through the use of a little sarcasm...  But, I do
have to give you some credit.  Most village idiots don't have the
creativity and vision to look past the more obvious target of my last name
when selecting an object of mockery.  The "doo anne" bit is very
fresh.
Grow up.    If you'd like to discuss the merits of a DIR
backplate, harness, and wing over a CFpack of any kind, that's fine, even
if it's a bit overdone already.  If all you want to do is call me
names because you can't come up with any substantive arguments, then I'll
meet you on the playground after school. Doo
Anne  </blockquote>
