list,need to ask u guys again-was reading this article off a 
website that if u are diving shallow (below 30m) , if u breath 
helium , the decompression time is longer.Anyone can give me a 
explantion on this ? was just wondering abt this point as i read 
the article.

also , what abt the stand on on O2 clean regs ? there was some 
mention on EANx regs in the message title " Nitrox Sticker'. From 
a layman , is  there actually such a need  for EANx (or some call 
it oxygen clean) regs in the 1st place - short answer : YES ,we 
need such a reg for >40% O2 tanks  or NO , this is bullshit , we 
can just use a normal reg for this same >40% O2 tank ?

for everyone's info , i'm also using apeks 1st and 2nd stages.
