This should have read "Some Atomic regs..", not "Some Apeks regs..."

Also, it turns out that I may have been wrong about which tanks were 
manufactured with the defective alloy.  There is a ton of info on 
this on the net, just do a search on Aluminum tanks and 6351.   Tanks 
manufactured after 1990 should be safe (but don't take my word for 
it).

Sorry for any confusion.
