Surely we should be selling terrorists CC rebreathers - may thin their
numbers a bit!

       The scuba warning, which the FBI said was based on uncorroborated

unsubstantiated information, cautioned that while "there is no evidence
of 
operational planning to utilize scuba divers to carry out attacks within
the 
United States, there is a body of information showing the desire to
obtain 
such capability."

There is an obvious capability to cause great harm from mining ships and

dams, I think, and on a rebreather noone above would be the wiser?
Scary 
stuff.  What about nuclear plants' cooling water intake/exhaust?

Does this mean interrogate everyone getting fills and check ID's?
:-) (not to laugh at a serious matter though)
