Harness needs to be loose, not tight, and obviously there are no "crankable" straps. Tight means you can't operate properly and it means you get skin or muscle bends at the pressure points. I don't even want to feel my tanks or harness when I dive. If I do, I adjust it out. The crotch strap needs to be loose as well, with only the distance from the back to the scooter ring fixed.
