I did not fully understand it, can you please point out where I am wrong
?

So 2 boltsnaps, one clipped to bag, the other to scooter ring ?

 When packed, the bag is rolled and has a somewhat cylindrical shape.
Would this fit into the "V" of the backplate ?
When to store it, in the water, or on land ( I imagine it would be
difficult to put it into place when standing.

Will it stay in place even in case the divers rolls over, or swims face
looking to the ceiling ?



  When you need the lift bag you can unclip and pull the bungee.

That seems clear to me. Unclip the front, tow it to the front, wriggle a
little to clear it in the back.
