Jim: You could not have said it better - I am amazed at what we have done to the Gavins and how George has supported us. We have dropped them on the boat, dropped them on the pavement and he has had to put up with me opening them up to see how they run and putting them back together wrong. He has supported us 24 hours a day and has FedX us screws I have lost or stripped, clutches I put back together wrong or wrecked by getting something in the prop, O-rings I have lost, latches I have broken, etc. And, he is rebuilding an engine one of my dive-partners mangled (sorry about the salt water George!). His warranty/service has been far beyond anything I have seen in ANY industry. Besides, Gavins are rugged - I can attest to that. Funny though, how they flood when you leave the o-rings out!! I am amazed at his patience and support (this is not the George I expected). They are running strong and powerful in spite of me. They are a great experience and a great piece of safety equipment on deep dives with currents.
