The 105 meter short bounce is deeper and much shorter, but needs deeper deco
more than shallow deco. You can add the 19X35 ( I don't know where you got
that other "21/35" bullshit from) if you chose, but it is an unnecessary
bottle for the time it is used.

In the 105 meter example , moving all the way to 120 with no deco gas is
counterproductive for that profile.

In the 300 for 30 example, the intermediate deco is more important.

Logistics and necessity have to be balanced here.

In the 300 for 30 example, if you stay any longer, you will have to add the
190 gas, but then we avoid long exposures in the ocean and opt for two short
dives instead. In cave diving outside of the Woodville Karst Plain, there is
not much call for the longer bottom times at depth.

In the thread "105mt for 7mins" on Quest, you wrote that you
switched to TX21/35 from 190ft because it was a short dive,
and you'd use that gas on 10-15 min dives to that depth. You
also stated that you would use the 35% on much longer dives,
which is what we see in this profile.

Could you please explain why, on the longer dive, you use
the 35% and not the TX21/35?
