Thanks for bring this up Mike, it makes me wonder about this....... Wasn't 
that a NOAA "sponsored dive"? a NOAA diver that was hurt? if it was it 
doesn't sound like it was a recreational dive to me, or was this one of 
those gray areas that is just OK when you do it.
