G,
You're absolutely right, we are "getting away with it", that's exactly what
that is. I probably jumped the gun in the response but we had just had the
fish from that dive.
It's just that dive, that particular one, is done 100 to 120 times a year
and you can literally feel when its done right. I think it gets to the fact
that there are sooo many variables that you have to work up the experience
to know what it feels like and what it should look like.
Properly done, that dive is 90 to 125 fsw for 30 to 35 solid minutes on the
deck or on the side of the hull. With 29 or 30 %o2 in backgas
run time 2 mins on the deck
      30 to 35 min 90 fsw anchor line-back gas
                 1 min 70 fsw
                 1 min 60 fsw
                 1 min 50
                 1 min 40
                 2 min 30
                 2 min 20
                 2 min 10 - all on backgas
This is a better example of what should be done,as far as I see it
It struck me when Chris gave the example parameters, This is the dive that
went from 15 min bottom time to double that over a couple of years of
feeling it out.
Thanks again-EZ
