I use a 35/20 helium mix. My deco is on 50% starting at 70 ft. I do a 1 minute stop at 100 (run time is 22 minutes) 1 minute at 70, while switching gas.(run time is 24 minutes) 1@ 60(run time is 25 minutes) 1@ 50(run time is 26 minutes) 2 @40(run time is 28 minutes) 4 @ 30(run time is 32 minutes) 7 @ 20(run time is 39 minutes) 18 @10(run time is 57 minutes) I observe coming up the line slowly, hand over hand. Probably about 30 ft per minute.
