I had a mail from Anna Marchesini who asked all divers to help COBASUB. I know that now they're looking for Italian incidents, and then for = European. In last two week there were two died divers, probably because of = instructor. In Italy there' s no law for diving operators, so anybody can make up a = teaching method, become instructor and teach it. I dont' know if anybody = really does it, but I think that, as you have to stand an exam to teach = gym, or to do almost everything, there should be any kind of guarantee = for learning divers. A lot of them does not know scuba schools, the = differences between them... until they start (ricreational) diving. I thought I can ask this list, I didn't thought to language problem. I'm = sorry. Usually I only read, because my english is out of exercise. Now I'll write to COBASUB and suggest to translate.
