To: techdiver@aquanaut.com I have had the same experience. I sent a pioneer wing back to have the dump valve worked on. I sent it on Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving by Fed-X. Bob had it on Monday morning, fixed it, and it was on my desk at work Wednesday moring and I am in Indianpolis. They fixed it and shipped it at their cost.
