I had a similar experience with some 50 W HID video lights I bought from them. When they got to Mexico, one of the lamp covers (test tubes) and the lamp cracked before I even used the lights. Halcyon suspected that the covers might have been out of spec, and sent two new covers and a new lamp to me without any questions, so that I could replace them myself. As it turned out the bulb itself was physically out of spec (too long, so the test tube was resting on this rather than seating properly), so it wasn't Halcyon's manufacturing error. Definitely people to do business with. And the lights are superb ...
