Hi Adam and Jeff, I would suggest that if you want to dive (and penetrate) wrecks it is no less an overhead environment than a cave, in which case you will benefit greatly from acquiring cave skills. Everything that you learn in caves is directly transferable to wreck (indeed all diving), a cave course is probably the best wreck course you will get.
