Hi Jeff I do not wish to get in the middle of this huge debate you have caused by asking this question. You have requested "WRECK DIVING INSTRUCTION", I saw no mention of gear configuration, deep air, Trimix, ect. To me a wreckdiving course would and should only cover the detail of the ship/wreck itself. Just diving the damn thing does not make you a true wreckdiver. First you must learn how to find and identify the lay out of a wreck, PORT, STBD, FORE(BOW) and AFT(STERN). Think that's easy, dive a hundred different wrecks and see how confused you will be. Some will have no bow or stern, no prop, some will be only sticking a few inches out of the sand or mud. Vis can be less than 2 ft on a wreck dive. If the instructor is any good at wreckdiving he will ask you if you wish to photograph, hunt artifacts, ect. All the other information being posted over Danny C. diving skill/technique has no bearing on his wreck knowledge. Do I agree with his diving technique, not hardly. Does he know wrecks, sure. You asked for wreckdiving instruction, make sure that's what your getting, not a diving class. I know of NO ONE who teaches a wreckdiving class as it should be done. IF I were teaching a wreckdiving class it would take a year and cost you over 10,000 dollars, think your going to learn it for a couple of hundred bucks, everything else is a scam......
