I don't think they are suitable for these applications. Buoyancy characteristic of "regular" AL80s is what makes them desirable for wetsuit/ocean diving as well as for stages. Neutral AL80s are not any different from e.g. LP Faber 95s which are also neutral when empty and of course radiculous when used as stages or for diving doubles with a wetsuit.
