It appears that George is in a full speed retreat. George originally wrote: "He did not have helium in the cylinder" Today George changed his story to: "I seriously doubt that Gol really had pure helium in his bottle" George also originally wrote: "it immediately killed him of a massive brain hemorrhage" Today George changed his story to: ""I really do not care what killed him....it makes no difference" George also originally said: "The bottle had a label on it marked 500psi He, not 100% Helium" Today George changed his story to: "I knew about the bottle saying "100 helium" (Note: the label actually DID say 100% He / 500 psi)<g> Furthermore, in George's latest post these statements were made: "and I took him off my gas diving roster" (In light of this statement I find it odd that Jonathan is still listed on the team roster as a Mix Team Member.) "I figured he just wrote helium when he meant oxygen" (And since when do rely on George's psychic powers?) "Bottom line is this is not my problem, not my accident, not a WKPP dive, not a WKPP dive site" (And this is the point which I've been hammering him for all along. EVERYONE is glad you finally GOT IT!) And in light of George's statement that "he clearly had total disregard for my standards and blew them off", it becomes obvious that George never really knew Jonathan at all. Bottom line is, Jonathan made a huge mistake and died because of it. This wasn't George's fault and I can't believe that he feels the need to cover up the truth behind it.
