George's recent posts on this thread covering the specifics and finer details of structuring the breaks have been outstanding. As was JJ's point on using the breaks to AVOID the problem rather than wait to TREAT it. (Sounds familiar ?) All of these posts backed up with specifics and info from actual dives.
