I havent used the Suuntos but I have a friend who is very pleased with it. I have seen the download software and was impressed. I think it is one of the best on the market. I solely use the Beuchat for a DTDG and find that its simplicity is its selling point. I have stress tested them through many different conditions and havent had any problems. Easy and automatic, no frills. It doesnt have a lot of extra questionable features but if you wanted those I guess you would be buying an A--ss. If you dont mind spending the extra bit buy the Suunto with the download kit.
