I use Jackie Smith style straps that I got from Andrew Georgitsis at fifthd.com in the Seattle area. They work great and you don't have to try to over tighten the stock rubber heel straps because the foot pockets on the Turtle Fins are so big. I have to agree it would be nice if Scubapro would make an XXL Jet Fin.
