I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who took the time to respond to me
about the Al backplate.. 

I did manage to find one within driving distance and picked it up on Saturday
:-)..

I got so many replies that I couldn't answer them all individually!!

and to all of you on the techdiver list that send me such nice offers of loans,
or good prices.. I see that behind all that name calling your are a bunch of
sweeties (don't worry I'll never tell!)
