A barrel knot works well with cave line.

You can tie two individual loops if you like redundant attachment points.

Barrel knots are very secure and next to impossible to untie after being
loaded.  This is a slick looking knot - your buddies will admire you, the
ladies will swoon, you'll have that knowing look ;~)

Beware, you need three hands to tie it. Not for the dexterously challenged.
Very difficult to tie small loops with it, but it can be done, with
patience...
