If you can get it in Canada and all of the support is in place look at the 
OxySpy - basically it is so dammed convenient to use.

A web search will turn up lots of hits.

With no buggering about it is up and running at the single push of a 
button, you can cal it yourself (if required) - gets my vote.

I have been told that it is manufactured by Suunto and distributed my many 
others - they also make the Viper Gauge.
