Just got a letter in the mail;

	Dear Divecomm Customer:
	As of July 2001, Cis-Lunar Development Laboratories and it's
subsidiary Divecomm, voluntarily ceased operations.  The continued decline
in the economy has effected our financial flow, and forced us to close the
plant at 835 Sterling Road, South Lancaster, Massachusetts.

	Due to the plant closing, Cis-Lunar Development Laboratories is
unable to provide service or support at this time.

	We are actively seeking a buyer for the company, and are reasonably
confident one will be found.  When the company is sold, you will be promptly
provided with contact information.  In the meantime, if you need to contact
us, our mailing address is:
