Rodney, thank you for taking the time to drive to Va and do a presentation 
on the Submersion scooters to the VBtech group. Everyone was highly 
impressed with your product. After inspecting your scooters and having you 
explain the problem with the submersion scooter I had used, I now believe 
it is a well made scooter and do believe it will survive depths beyond any 
dive I can do. The upgrade of the motors gives it the speed I believe is 
needed to survey a deep wreck. I have added detail photos of your scooter
