David, I have the smaller bungywing in my garage.  I think it's 50 
pounds of lift or something.  Before I got the Halcyon wing I used it 
with just 4 bungies on it that were extremely loose, just to kind of 
hold it in place but not put any pull on the bladder.  The other 
thing you have to do is to turn the wing around and bring the hose 
over your shoulder, not under, so you can still vent.  I would say, 
just face it, you blew it, you bought a piece of crap (just like I 
did) because you didn't do your research, so buy a new wing and chalk 
it up to experience.  However, if you have to, on a non serious dive 
with a good buddy you can get away with using it.  But why would you 
want to when you can sell it on ebay.  Mine's going up as soon as I 
have some free time, it's already boxed up.
