I don't think Jim is taking it personal. Except for the guy that called him a
moron.

I think he is being zealous in a good natured way. I think he's trying yo keep
things

interesting, not to let things get too boring or technical. I also think
Wendell is 

having a good laugh. He throws out a simple suggestion, one that nobody on the
list

can do anything about, and creates quit a turmoil.
