single deco gas
For some dives using the OEA51 as the "single" deco gas could be much safer in
my opinion. One example would be a shoal dive where you have heavy and/or
unpredictable 6 knots current and the top of the reef extends to only 12m.
Perhaps there are dive 3 teams in the water. In this case a dive to the 40-50m
ranges you specified. The OEA51 would be the safer single deco-gas as you could
knock out nearly all of the deco obligation before hitting the drift.
