As far as I know, PFO isn't classified as a "problem". In any event, there 
is good news on the horizon. Just as soon as Pres. Hillary enacts her health
care program we can all go down and get that expensive test for PFO's. If
we're one of the lucky 25-33% of the population that has PFO, we'll just
sign up for the surgery to fix it. :)
