1a) Some dives are more serious than others: deco or other ceiling

1b) Yes

2) Remove them, clean them, clean their seats, inspect them for proper
sealing before EVERY fucking dive, which is more maintenance than any other
piece of scuba gear short of a rebreather requires.  Ask me how many times I
filled the scooters with seawater before I learned this.

3) It's that 3.3 vs. yards thing; I mean, if feet are English measurements,
but Great Britain is metric and uses meters, then what the hell are yards?
