Gee, I don't know. The compressed neoprene takes forever to dry and weighs a ton (not the travelers choice), but wears well. The tls is lightweight more comfortable, dries in an hour does not have the abrasion resistance of the compressed neoprene. Gates rubber in England has some interesting Trilaminates that wear much like the compressed neoprene but of course dry faster. One of the things that I used to hate about my DUI's was the big fat seem that runs right down the middle of the boot. (I have a size 45 foot and dive XL jets)..:-( The Gates boots were a f*cking dream come true! Speaking of comfort (or lake of) has anybody got stuck with a set of those convoluted rock boots imported from China that DUI has been pushing? He He He!! I'll have to get a pair to go with my split fins...:-) -----Original Message----- From: "TimAndrews"<tandrews@ne*.ne*> To: techdiver@aquanaut.com Date: Wed Aug 15 23:48:48 PDT 2001 Subject: null >heres another good question. has anyone bought the dui tls350 se or cn se drysuit? which is more durable, trilaminate or the compressed neoprene? tim ___________________________________________________ GO.com Mail Get Your Free, Private E-mail at http://mail.go.com -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
