I sometimes have the same problem, but not severe enough to relize an idea I had: using an additional primary sleeve on my wrist made of uncoated neopren. The manufacturers of suits have these sheets because the raw lycra-covered neopren sheets have interim layers of the said stuff. Its touch to the skin feels like it would suck to it at once.
