Again, what do you call a "theory" in teaching diving ?

I believe the most found "theory" is reducing 
standards ( that is for me, the criteria of meeting  specific
performance) to the the least common denominator.

Everybody should be able to comply to those standards, and leave their
money, right?

No, it is rec market marketing at its best ( worst). Evolution is what
they make you believe you have bought.

 What changes/update/revisions has the DIR system undergone?

Define the criteria of need to undergo changes, pls.
