The Powerpoint link has images of the accidental sinking of an oil drilling
platform off the Brazilian coast in March of this year.  (450k so decide if
you can handle the download time).

The text included with the images describes the platform builder's pride in
cutting quality assurance costs.

Fortunately only hardware was lost in this accident.  The relevance to
diving is that our price to pay when cutting corners on equipment, training,
and procedure is a bit more severe.....
