Hi Joe, I picked up the smaller Halcyon inclosed bag with a dump valve last 
year. At 60' I inflated it, but while the bag was ascending it deflated and 
came down twice. I brought it back to Brownies with no problem. They said 
there was a problem with the spring tension on the dump valve and gave me my 
money back.
