Message-ID: <3B0D2C95.3577@te*.ne*> Date: Thu, 24 May 2001 08:45:25 -0700 From: Jeff David <jdavid@te*.ne*> Reply-To: jdavid@te*.ne* X-Mailer: Mozilla 3.01C-SYMPA (Win95; U) MIME-Version: 1.0 To: oms2@sp*.co* Subject: Greatings Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Greatings, i'm wondering if your looking for a new sales rep? for western canada? one with integrity and can portray your product in a positive, professional manner, willing to reserch out the facts, with regards to the product she represents, instead of dragging your own product, into the negative front line, in a void of slanderous untruths, only because, SHE personnally has NO business/common, P.R. sense, and is unwilling to work, with someone, coming to a professional conclusion, to stubborn, to ask you for the proper advice, and if so? not to follow it in dealing with, something that IS a FACT, and would rather start rumors about her own product? very unprofessional, not a good TEAM player, to represent a world class product, maybe it's time for a change?? at this juncture, all correspondece from the beginning of this mud slinging contest, have been accumulated, and a libel/slander/defamation of character suit will be launched, once she places the untruths about your own product, in a news print form ie; NORTH WEST DIVE NEWS, the editor, who i have already talked to, will also be named, as well as the dive store that started this 'RUMOR'(A current story, or statement, without any known authority for the truth of it; hearsay; gossip, to tell or circulate by a unverified report) and the individual, that was so gullible to belive them, in the first place.(the lawyers will be getting her buying capital, NOT the product). this course of action that she is taking at this point, is preventable by yourselves, her actions will only result in dropped sales for your product, in this fickled community of divers, once she issues any statement of untruths, ABOUT HER OWN PRODUCT, as in any market the sales/product, become suspect customers go to another less hassel product, Halcyon, Diverite. pls guide her properly, because at this point i'm thinking about the product & have the facts and can back them. so you know facts, these products were on consignment (like at a garage sale) they ARE OMS products MADE IN U.S.A., MANY have been sold by other stores, and tech diver instructors in the Victoria, Nanaimo, Vancouver area & the Internet for over 5 yrs.(prior to her becoming your rep.) nobody up to this point has had a problem! with the products authentication, until they sold at rock bottom prices, by myself and they DID NOT come from her and yes at this point, i am not a dealer, i never asked to be one, maybe a good rep would have asked me seeings how i have the product?? these are the facts. I'm seeking a apology in print, GEORGIA STRAIGHT NEWS (weekly classified is available) & NORTH WEST DIVE NEWS(july issue) both papers to redeem my shops credibility in the vancouver technical market, this request is not unreasonable! naming my store and myself in full name, and her full name. anything that i've tried to do, is pass on a GOOD PRODUCT at a GOOD PRICE for those to enjoy, and to get them diving safely, i'm saddened that a small bussiness owner like myself after 9 yrs. has to deal with small minded children, who act like spoiled brats pitching a fit, because someone has done them one better.(welcome to vancouver)HAVE HER SEND THE PRODUCT TO YOU, because if she will not, everyone else will, who has purchased the same thing for over 5 years. hopefully you see this, and stand behind your product, whether it be new or old. thank you for your response pls. feel free to contact myself anytime, 1800 788 6371 , 1 604 921 6371, jdavid@te*.ne*, www.wetshopvancouver.com sorry to have met your aquaintance this way best regards, Jeffery David P.S.
